🧾 Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy – Kimbowny

1. Overview of Purchase Options

Kimbowny offers multiple purchase options for customer convenience:

  • One-Time Purchase

  • Subscription Orders (if applicable)

  • Pre-Orders / On the Way Items

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Online Payments (Card, Tabby, Tamara, etc.)

Each option is subject to the terms below.

2. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Orders are considered confirmed once placed successfully at checkout

  • Processing begins based on the selected payment method

⚠️ Important:

  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation

3. Cancellation Policy (Standard Orders)

✅ Allowed:

  • Cancellation is only allowed before order processing or dispatch

❌ Not Allowed:

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • Already packed or processed

  • Already shipped / out for delivery

👉 In such cases:

  • Shipping and handling costs have already been incurred

  • Cancellation requests will be declined

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are treated as confirmed purchase commitments

⚠️ Important:

  • Refusal of delivery without valid reason is considered order misuse

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Repeated COD refusals may result in:

    • COD access being disabled

    • Future orders restricted to prepaid only

5. Payment Method Changes

  • Orders are processed based on the original payment method selected

⚠️ If customer requests changes (e.g. COD → bank transfer):

  • May cause processing delays

  • May delay dispatch and delivery timelines

Kimbowny is not responsible for delays caused by such changes.

6. Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

For subscription-based purchases:

  • Customers may pause, modify, or cancel subscriptions

  • Changes must be made before the next billing cycle

⚠️ Once a subscription order is:

  • Processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled

7. Pre-Orders / On the Way Items

  • Pre-orders are placed to reserve incoming stock

⚠️ By default:

  • Non-cancellable and non-refundable

If cancellation is exceptionally approved:

  • Subject to deductions (fees + admin)

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days

8. Failed Delivery or Customer-Initiated Cancellation

If cancellation occurs due to:

  • Customer refusal

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

Then:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Redelivery fees may apply

  • Order may be restricted from refund eligibility

9. Goodwill Exceptions

Any cancellation or modification approved outside this policy:

  • Is a one-time exception

  • Does not override policy

  • Cannot be used as precedent

10. Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your order is a confirmed purchase commitment

  • Cancellation is subject to the conditions above

  • Kimbowny reserves the right to approve or decline requests based on this policy
